Message	Ok... First of all no abuse for this one. I have read stuff online and did search's on this site but nothing seems to give me a straight forward answer. Here are my questions. 1) I live in New York city emmissions are very strict. Can you go to stage 3 on a TT Z with out getting rid of the CATS? Does it pay? What would the horsepower with be with the CATS? 2) Has anyone passed NYC emissions with a Random Technology Hi Flow CAT? 3) Can you put an ECU with exhaust or Intake? 4) Does Intake pay off while leaving the cats? I see in must peoples profiles they have straight pipes and gutted their cats. Does anyone have their CATS and at stage 3? I looked at some people from NYC too that had their cats gutted too. I am trying to figure my options.
